The Chosun Hotel will open Payard Cafe at Shinsegae Department Store on March 24.  Inspired by New York’s favorite French patisserie, Payard Cafe will offer an upscale menu featuring specialties from other Payard locations around the world.  The menu includes a fine collection of soups, salads, sandwiches & Panini, specialties, pizza, pasta, risotto and a wide range of drinks, aromatic coffees and teas and Payard’s signature cakes and pastries.  The opening will be joined by special guest, Francis J.
