Democrats Abroad ROK is becoming active again, for those politically-inclined Americans amongst us. I’m copy and pasting the meeting info below for all that are interested:

In preparation for the coming Presidential election and the massive voter registration campaign that we will need to mobilize, we’ll be meeting on Sunday, April 27th, to vote in our bylaws, officers, and become an official committee of Democrats Abroad.

You have until April 13th to make nominations (or nominate yourself) to run for one of the following offices:

Chair

Vice-Chair

Treasurer

Secretary

Legal Counsel

There is interest in creating the additional positions of Media Relations officer and Military Relations Officers. Make your nominations by April 13th or be prepared to nominate a t the meeting (no self-nominations are allowed at the meeting).

At the March 30th meeting it was decided to have the next meeting at Big Rock Brewery near Gangnam Station (Directions and MAP below). The official meeting will begin at 3 p.m., but please come around 2 to enjoy Big Rock’s brunch. Please make sure to bring the direction with you, as it can be a little hard to find.
