CrossFit Comes to Korea!
May 8, 2008
For the uninitiated, CrossFit is a relatively new exercise program that’s getting fantastic results for everyone from housewives to Navy Seals. What’s more, there’s a group in Korea!
Neil is a CrossFit trainer that has been stationed here with the U.S. Air Force for the past year. He’s leaving for a new post soon, but he’s spent his time training new CrossFit trainers that are set to take over. For those in or around Osan, they train every weekday. For Seoulites, they’re starting weekly sessions every saturday afternoon at Yonsei University. If you’re interest in starting up, check out the CrossFit Osan blog, and e-mail Neil directly.
